This policy explains what Jewellery Photoshoot collects and how it is used. It applies to the iOS and Android app and to jewelleryphotoshoot.com.

What we collect

  • Photos you choose. Only the images you select for a shoot are uploaded, along with your chosen style, format and any brand text or logo you add.
  • Generated images. The results of your shoots are stored so you can view and download them.
  • Device identifier and settings. A random device ID, platform (iOS or Android), language and country, used to keep your credits and shoots with your device. We do not require an account.
  • Purchase information. Subscriptions and purchases are handled by Apple, Google and our subscription provider. We receive entitlement and product information, not your payment card details.
  • Website analytics. The marketing website may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand traffic.

How we use it

To generate your images, provide credits and subscriptions, prevent abuse, improve the service and respond to support requests. Images are processed by AI image-generation providers acting on our behalf to create your results.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers who help us run the app (hosting, storage, AI image processing and subscription management), or when required by law.

Retention and deletion

You can delete your device data and shoots at any time from Settings in the app. Deletion removes your records from our servers. It does not cancel your App Store or Google Play subscription, which you manage in your store account.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, or object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
